Business Manager Band 7 Digital Health and Care Northern Ireland, Belfast Temporary (Until March 2027) £24.45 per hour 37.5 hours per week Main Purpose The role is focused on ensuring the institute operates effectively, delivers strategic objectives, manages resources efficiently, and maintains strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities could include. Main Roles and Responsibilities Support development and delivery of the Data Institute''s strategic plan. Translate organisational priorities into operational work programmes. Identify opportunities for growth, collaboration, and innovation. Monitor progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare business cases and investment proposals. Oversee the coordination and delivery of the institute''s portfolio of projects. Ensure projects align with organisational and stakeholder priorities. Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation. Support programme governance arrangements and reporting. Monitor expenditure and ensure value for money. Identify and secure funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across health, academia, government, industry, and professional bodies. Act as a liaison between analytics and leadership teams.
