Hours: 44 hours per week on a rota basis, including Monday to Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am - 5:00pm) and Sunday (11:00am - 3:00pm)

The Role
As a Business & Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Automotive Sales Manager, you''ll play an important role in supporting the sales team, improving finance and insurance performance and ensuring every customer receives a professional, compliant and transparent service.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Identifying suitable finance and insurance products based on customers'' individual requirements and circumstances.
·Maintaining excellent compliance standards and ensuring customers are treated fairly throughout the sales process.
·Applying a strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is provided during vehicle sales negotiations.
·Monitoring finance and insurance performance against targets and identifying opportunities to improve results.
·Coaching and developing Sales Executives to improve their skills, product knowledge and overall performance.
·Working closely with dealership management to achieve business objectives and maintain a high-performing team.
·Assisting with business planning, forecasting trends and reviewing dealership performance to support ongoing growth.
·Developing comprehensive product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries and support informed purchasing decisions.
·Recording sales activity, monitoring outcomes and providing regular performance feedback to management.
·Building positive, long-lasting customer relationships while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

About You
To be considered for this Business & Transaction Manager position, you''ll ideally have:
·Previous automotive industry experience - essential.
·Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or in a similar automotive finance and insurance role, or experience as a Senior Sales Executive ready to progress.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
·A proven ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
·A good understanding of automotive finance, insurance products and relevant compliance requirements.
·A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to monitor performance and work towards business targets.
·Excellent organisational skills, including planning, forecasting and reporting.
·A customer-focused approach and a commitment to treating customers fairly.
·A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
·A full, valid UK driving licence, as the role involves driving dealership vehicles.
