Business Lecturer

Job Title: Business Lecturer Location: West Yorkshire Type: Temporary - Part Time Rate: 30 - 35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Business Lecturer for a Further Education College in West Yorkshire. This is a part time temporary role to start 14th April until the end of June. They require someone 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8:30am - 4:30pm) Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging and effective teaching on: - Business Level 2 (Pearson) - Management and Administration T Level - Year 1 (City and Guilds) - Plan, prepare, and assess learning materials in line with awarding body requirements - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement - Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and attainment - Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment - Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance processes as required Requirements - Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) - Degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject - Experience delivering Pearson BTEC Business and/or T Level programmes - Strong classroom management and organisational skills - Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities - Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and awarding body standards Desirable - Industry experience within business, management, or administration - Experience working within further education or ..... full job details .....
