Business Leader - Education

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious business head to join a growing education organisation in Birmingham. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for developing and expanding the organisation''s Health, Social Care and Public Health provision. The successful candidate will combine strong academic leadership with commercial awareness, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and positive student outcomes. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will provide strategic, academic and operational leadership across Health, Social Care and Public Health programmes. You will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards, developing the curriculum, improving student outcomes and identifying opportunities to grow and diversify the provision. You will work closely with senior leaders, academic teams and external partners to ensure programmes remain current, relevant and aligned with the changing needs of the health and care sectors.
