Business Intelligence Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Team Leader to lead and develop a high performing BI team, delivering high quality reporting, dashboards and analytics that support business decision making across Mears. This is a remote first role, offering flexibility while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. In this role you will provide technical and people leadership to BI developers and analysts, overseeing the end to end delivery of BI solutions. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritise workloads and ensure BI outputs are delivered to agreed standards, timescales and security requirements.
