Overview

Our Business Intelligence Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and our portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis. This is a unique opportunity for analytical thinkers who are excited to work in a high-growth company and have an outsized impact. With our backgrounds in management consulting and private equity, we bring rigor to everything that we do. Not only that, we’re on the cusp of blitz-scaling, which means a lot of opportunity for fast career growth. The sky is the limit! After training, we will evaluate your performance and in most cases, advance you to a position with more responsibility that is aligned with your capabilities and aspirations.

What You’ll Work On

Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals for business intelligenceLearning and fully understand the data landscape for use in our reporting, including sales data, marketing spend (for various e-commerce companies)Develop dashboards and create reportsSupport users in using dashboards and reportsReview and validate data and maintain data sourcesCommunicate insights to senior management and across the organizationAnalyze and synthesize data; report back findings with recommendations

Who You Are

A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experienceYou have at least a Bachelor\''s Degree in a relevant field, like computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studiesExtreme rigor when it comes to solving problems and data analysisSome experience programming for data analysisFluent English speakerYou are a self-starter and take initiativeYou are coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growthYou are thorough and detail-orientedYou are tech literate and can learn new software with easeYou work well with others
