The role is based 3 days on-site and 2 days home working.ResponsibilitiesYou will own and shape a modern Power BI reporting ecosystem used across the businessDefine best practice for dashboard design, usability and insight storytellingWork closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions through dataBuild scalable, self-serve reporting that reduces ad-hoc requests Partner with Data Engineering to create robust, trusted data modelsHave the freedom to innovate and raise the bar for BI across the organizationExperience neededYou already have advanced expertise in PowerBI (data modelling, DAX, performance modelling, UX design)Experience building scalable, user focused BI / reporting solutions, using your creativity in data visualisation and problem solvingYour communication and stakeholder management skills are excellentYou have experience working closely with data engineering or data platform teamsHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
