We are recruiting on behalf of the 2M Group of Companies for a Business Intelligence Developer and Data Engineer. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong Power BI and SQL skills who can build high-quality reporting and data solutions, solve complex problems and work confidently across business intelligence and data engineering. What you''ll be doing Developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models Designing and improving ETL and ELT pipelines using SQL, Python and, where appropriate, PySpark or Spark Working with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, data warehouses, lakehouses and data lakes Translating business requirements into practical BI and data solutions Building robust data models and improving data quality, documentation and governance Helping to consolidate reporting and data sources onto a single governed platform Using version control and DevOps practices to support reliable development and deployment Exploring practical uses of AI, machine learning and automation Investigating and resolving complex BI, data and reporting issues What we''re looking for Strong Power BI experience Confident SQL skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable modern ..... full job details .....
