As part of this evolution, they are seeking to appoint a Business Intelligence and Data Team Lead who will play a key role within the Digital and Data function to ensure high quality insights, robust governance, and effective data-driven decision making across the organisation.This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of reporting and analytical products (e.g. Power BI), maintaining data quality and data governance frameworks, and ensuring that SFRS aligns to national standards including the NFCC Data Management Fire Standard.
