Business Intelligence Analyst

Role: Business Intelligence AnalystLocation: CambridgeshireHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week We''re looking to recruit an experienced, proactive Business Intelligence Analyst.This is a key role within the Finance team, responsible for leading the development and delivery of business intelligence reporting and analytics across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT, transforming complex business data into meaningful information, insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making. Duties of a Business Intelligence Analyst: Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.Analyse data from systems including AS400, Fabric, Manhattan Active WMS, SAP and financial systems.Identify trends, risks, opportunities and root causes, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and performance metrics across warehouse operations, inventory, transport, customer service, labour productivity, costs, budgets and financial performance.Ensure reporting information is accurate, relevant and aligned with business requirements.Own the validation, modelling and management of data used within reporting solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting standards across multiple business systems.Identify and deliver opportunities to automate reporting processes ..... full job details .....
