About the role: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, insightful reporting that supports business decision-making. You''ll develop and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets across platforms including Power BI, Birst, Phocas and Snowflake, while investigating reporting issues, validating data accuracy and driving continuous improvements in data quality. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you''ll gather requirements, support testing and change initiatives, and provide expert guidance to ensure reporting solutions are trusted, accessible and fit for purpose.
