Development and creation of reports which will support the Customer Service Division.Analysis of trends and report variancesAutomation of Reporting: Usage of reporting tools/systems (e.g. SAP BI/BO, SQL, Amazon Web Services etc.) which allow an automated visualisation of standard reportsDesign and implement applications (software/tool engineering) with high quality from requirements in order to improve operative business processesAdvanced SQL and data structures knowledgeProficient in data visualization tool - Power BIExperience in SSRS or other data visualization toolsA customer-oriented and strategic mindset, underpinned by a strong commercial focus, enabling the identification and pursuit of opportunities that align with both customer needs and business objectivesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCompany / Start
