As Business Insight Manager, you''ll play a key role in helping us provide this for our tenants. You''ll be responsible for: Leading the delivery of business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting services. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Produce meaningful insight to support operational and strategic decision making. Manage corporate performance reporting and KPI frameworks. Drive improvements in data quality, governance and reporting standards. Provide analysis, forecasting and performance trends to inform business planning. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. Lead, coach and develop the Business Insight team. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and innovation. This is a hybrid role and requires regular office attendance to our Newent office in line with our agile working policy, with flexibility to attend onsite meetings as required.
