We are seeking a Business Information Officer/Manager to join the client''s senior leadership team in support of the Director of Information.The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for business intelligence, information compliance, records management, and performance reporting.The role is key in ensuring ethical, effective, and innovative use of information. You will oversee the development of advanced analytics and ensure data supports strategic decisions. The postholder will also foster a data-driven culture, manage privacy and disclosure compliance.Prime Responsibilities:Lead and develop high-performing specialist teamsOversee delivery of records managementManage force-wide performance reporting and analyticsPromote and embed data-informed decision-making across departmentsGovern the ethical use of advanced analytics, AI, and emerging data technologiesRepresent the senior managementat senior internal and external governance forumsOversee risk management and business continuity planning within the Information Management portfolioLead a culture of continuous improvement, adopting modern and flexible approachesCollaborate with IT and Digital teams on modernisation of business information platforms and reporting toolsExperience: -
