Business Improvement Project Manager, Hybrid London OR Manchester, £50,000 - £57,000Responsibilities: Successful delivery of a wide range of projects including Small andamp; Medium Change and Process Improvement Projects.Driving Process andamp; Continuous Improvement agenda by delivering training and coaching for teams across the business directly contributing to a highly professional centre of excellence approach. You will support colleagues across the organisation to help them understand their own processes, identify waste andamp; inefficiency and then use Lean tools and techniques to remove that waste andamp; inefficiency improving outcomes for customers both internal andamp; external.What you''ll bring: A strong ability to actively listen, negotiate, challenge and influence at all levels.Experience and understanding of developing continuous improvement activities in the wider business, including implementation of its cultural mindset.Extensive experience of designing and redesigning processes as well as identifying pain points for improvement.Experience and understanding of implementing service redesign and Lean/Continuous Improvement techniques.
