Business Improvement Executive £32,250 - £34,750 per year Fixed term (12 months), full-time (37.5 hours per week) Hybrid working with regular travel to our London Bridge Office What the job involves We''re looking for a Business Improvement Executive to join our Fundraising Directorate on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This role supports our fundraising teams by keeping core processes, data and performance tracking running smoothly, helping campaigns to be delivered efficiently and with a great supporter experience. You''ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of fundraising campaigns, helping to troubleshoot process or reporting issues, manage updates to performance tracking, and make sure changes are introduced with minimal disruption. Alongside this, you''ll work on a range of improvement projects that focus on finding more effective ways of working, improving existing processes and strengthening how we use data and platforms across the team. Working closely with colleagues in Fundraising, Technology, Digital and Data, you''ll help review and improve internal and third-party processes, advise on new data management approaches, and support the effective and consistent use of our fundraising platforms and systems. You''ll also be involved in ad-hoc analysis and reporting, as well as managing some recurring data processes that sit outside the core data function.
