Business Improvement Co-ordinator
I''m recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Improvement and Transformation Co-ordinator to join an established Business Transformation and Improvement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisation wide transformation, digitalisation and service improvement initiatives. Working across a range of projects you will help drive meaningful change that improves services for customers, enhances colleague experience and supports the delivery of strategic objectives. As part of the transformation team you''ll support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of projects that help modernise the ''way we work''. You''ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support business improvement activities, digital transformation projects, service redesign initiatives and employee engagement programmes. You''ll help ensure projects remain on track and risks are managed effectively and intended benefits are delivered.Key responsibilities;Co-ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects.Help implement digitalisation and channel-shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences.Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.Assist with service improvement reviews and the development of more efficient ways of working.Support communication and engagement ..... full job details .....
