Neon Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Business Implementation Lead to join their growing Bristol-based team on a full-time, permanent basis, with hybrid working options available (2 WFH Days / 3 Office Days). PLEASE NOTE: This is not an IT or software implementation role. We''re looking for someone with strong change management and stakeholder coordination experience, ideally gained within Insurance or Financial Services. You''ll play a key role in coordinating the operational onboarding of new business partners, while also helping to develop and improve the wider implementation framework.
