The RoleThis is a highly varied and central role within the business, providing operational, administrative, and coordination support across multiple functions, including Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership.You''ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing data and trackers, handling enquiries, and supporting key business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Coordination Manage and maintain business trackers and logs (primarily in Excel)Coordinate workflows and ensure tasks are followed through to completionSupport supplier onboarding and internal processesArrange deliveries, couriers, and stock coordination (including third-party sites) Administration and Business Support Provide administrative support to the Commercial teamOrganise meetings, including diary management for senior leadership (including the CEO)Support travel bookings and logisticsAssist with marketing materials, product samples, and campaignsPrepare presentations and documents for meetingsData and Reporting Maintain accurate data across systems (Excel, SharePoint, CRM tools)Produce ..... full job details .....
