Person Specification
Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academic background - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' level
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
