We are working with a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a high-energy New Business Sales Specialist to help us expand their footprint and bring modern IT solutions to local businesses and beyond. The Role This isn t an account management gig; it s about the thrill of the hunt. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our comprehensive IT stack (from cloud migrations to cybersecurity), and turning cold leads into long-term partners. Your Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Actively hunt for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social selling. Consultative Selling: Understand a prospect''s pain points and design IT solutions that actually solve their problems. Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract. Strategy: Work with the technical team to ensure our proposals are airtight and competitive. What You Bring Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (experience in IT services, SaaS, or Telecoms is a major plus). The "Grind": A self-starter attitude with the resilience to handle "no" on the way to a "yes." Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that makes sense to a CEO or CFO.
