PwC UK . Based in Leeds, you will contribute to the firm’s Regional market growth programme by leading growth strategies across the North East region (Leeds, Yorkshire, Newcastle, Humber). You will identify and nurture relationships with businesses, especially those in the private sector, including privately owned and private equity-backed enterprises. You will be supported by a specialised team and work closely with business leadership across the territory.What Your Days Will Look Like
Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives across various industries. Communicate confidently about complex business matters to unlock new opportunities.Strategic Sales Leadership: Leverage extensive sales experience to secure high-quality meetings, engage clients with our propositions, and facilitate profitable growth for the firm.Market Insight and Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends and use insights to enhance go-to-market strategies. Serve as the region’s expert and collaborate with internal teams.Networking and Collaboration: Leverage your network to build relationships with key intermediaries and influencers within the regional ecosystem.Team Empowerment: Guide and mentor internal teams, upskill them on sales methodologies, and promote a culture of sales excellence through leadership.What You’ll Need
Demonstrable success in a sales-focused role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a business development setting.Strong understanding of private market dynamics, particularly within fast-growing, private equity-backed, and family-owned enterprises.Interest in using cutting-edge technologies to drive client outcomes and maximise value for internal stakeholders.Ability to conduct insightful, human-led, tech-enabled conversations that resonate with clients and partners.Natural team player with strong influencing and coaching capabilities; adept at navigating complex organisational structures.Commercial insight and understanding of strategic business drivers to assess and mitigate client risks.Adaptability to a changing work environment with the ability to pivot quickly to maximise opportunities.Willingness to drive personal skills development on our learning platform, with autonomy and strategic decision-making to achieve outcomes and value for the firm.What You’ll Receive From Us
