Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Building relationships with key decision-makers
• Booking high-quality appointments for the wider sales team
• Managing and updating CRM records
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

• Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR or BDR roles
• Confident and professional communicator
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Eager to develop a long-term career in sales
