Working to the principles of AVDV, the BDR will work closely with the LBDMs in ensuring that AG Barr products appear in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. On top of this, each BDR will have a defined territory of stores to develop model store status by utilizing the mults scorecard methodology.
ResponsibilitiesHealth Safety and Wellbeing - This is the number one priority at AG Barr and all employees are expected to be committed to this as a core part of the AG Barr culture.Activate LBDM-made agreements both locally and regionallyBuild brand awareness through excellent execution at the point of purchaseManage a mixed territory of multiple calls (development stores) - Min 7 calls per day.Team goalsGrowing brand distribution through multiple retailer education.Deliver relentless focus on perfect execution to drive ROSSupport company brand ambitions and innovation in the multiples sector.This position is primarily responsible for:-Educating the retailers about AG Barr''s core brands within a given territory of multiple outletsMerchandising our brands in the best way in each outlet to build maximum rate of sale.Creating impactful visibility to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchaseKey Job Targets/Measurements are;-Improving the scorecard score of your overall territoryImproving the outlet score of each call on your territory from its baselineImproving the distribution of key brands in line with the company marketing planWhat you’ll bring…Full driving licence essentialStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a team and good personal leadershipSelf Motivated with the ability to work unsupervisedA good standard of presentation skillsAbility to communicate internally using account performance data and able to demonstrate strong in-store executionFluent in EnglishFlexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnightsYou will also demonstrate our AG Barr behaviours of Being Honest, Accountable, Connected and Brave.What we offer…We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.
