What You''ll Be Doing as a Business Development Representative
- Engage with Prospects: Reach out to potential business partners and create strong initial connections.
- Drive Opportunities: Schedule follow-up meetings for account managers to explore collaborations and next steps.
- Enhance Communication: Deliver a smooth, positive experience for every prospect.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Provide account managers with the insights and context they need to secure new partnerships.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research to identify fresh opportunities and emerging business needs.
What We''re Looking For
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or business development.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in retail, tech, or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
