We''re looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to play a key role in driving pipeline growth by consistently booking 20 qualified appointments per month for the sales team.This is a hybrid role, based from the Loughborough area, offering a great blend of structure, progression, and earning potential within a modern SaaS environment.The RoleAs a BDR, you''ll be at the front end of the sales process, engaging with prospective customers and uncovering opportunities through effective outbound activity.Key responsibilities include:Booking 20 qualified sales appointments per monthOutbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channelsIdentifying decision-makers and understanding business challengesQualifying leads against agreed criteria before handing over to salesMaintaining accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRMCollaborating closely with Account Executives and MarketingAbout YouPrevious experience in a BDR / SDR / Lead Generation role (ideally SaaS or tech)Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skillsTarget-driven and motivated by clear KPIsOrganised, resilient and comfortable with outbound sales activityKeen to build a long-term career in SaaS salesWhat''s on OfferUp to £33,000 base salaryUncapped commission ..... full job details .....
