Role Details

The open position is for our entity, MLA College. This role will be onsite, stationed at the GBS UK Manchester campus.ROLE PURPOSE:To support the development of the MLA College’s business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency maximized.Role and Responsibilities

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.Identifying and creating partnership with new potential student recruitment agencies or partners.Supporting the programme management team members to maximise the enrolment.Actively involved in assisting the team for achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.Attending business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.Essential Skills and ExperienceBachelor\''s degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role within the educational sector.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to travel as needed.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills.Strong business acumen.Detail-oriented.KRA’sIdentifying and creating new partnerships for recruitment of students - targetSupporting, training and motivating new and old partners - reportingAssisting applicants through each stage of the admission process via calls, emails and sms - reportingFile conversion and completion - targetEnrolment targets per intakeGetting actively involved in our Internal Events for BRAND MARKETINGOther InformationThe Business Development Officer will also be expected to demonstrate their commitment: to MLA values and regulations, including equal opportunities policy.The MLA’s Social, Economic and Environmental responsibilities and minimise environmental impact in the performance of the role and actively contribute to the delivery of MLA’s Environmental Policy.To their Health and Safety responsibilities to ensure their contribution to a safe and secure working environment for staff, students, and other visitors to the campus.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
