Meeting  potential clients to promote the business Ensure all clients understand the services on offer Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery Provide detailed information and reports to line manager as and when required Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors Knowledge and skills: Proven track record of success in a competitive or sales based environment Experience of the powered access marketplace Excellent commercial skills Strong understanding of the individual roles played by clients, contractors and consultants High level of interpersonal skills to enable effective working at all levels Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills Self-motivated decision maker Ability to work alone and as part of a team Ability to plan and prioritise as required Full time
