Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Swindon (Hybrid Working)Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and BenefitsNote: Only candidates with permanent, unrestricted UK working rights will be considered, as visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our Swindon-based client. The role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets, working closely with senior management and technical teams to identify prospective customers, partners and commercial opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding of the semiconductor and chip technology ecosystem, combined with the commercial skills to identify opportunities, build relationships and drive growth. You may come from a background in ASIC design, semiconductor manufacturing, chip design, electronics, silicon technology, engineering services or semiconductor sales/business development.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Identify new markets, prospective customers and strategic opportunities across the semiconductor and related technology sectors. Research market trends, customer requirements, industry developments and competitor activity.
