Business Development ManagerMidlands Region 45,000 - 50,000 Base Salary Company Car Bonus + BenefitsWe are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands region for a well-established and growing packaging solutions business. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities while also managing and expanding existing customer accounts.The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new customers across a range of industrial and manufacturing sectors, while also developing long-term relationships with existing accounts. Working in a consultative, solution-led way, you will position packaging and consumable solutions that deliver operational efficiency, cost savings, and supply chain improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business across the Midlands region through proactive prospecting and networkingManage and grow an existing customer baseSell packaging solutions and/or adhesive-based products into industrial customersConduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical discussionsPrepare quotations, proposals, and pricing strategiesDevelop long-term relationships with key decision-makersAchieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategyAbout YouProven background in packaging, adhesives, or related consumables/industrial salesStrong track record in new business development and account growthConsultative sales approach with the ability to understand technical ..... full job details .....
