Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing UK-based engineering business specialising in instrumentation and innovative solutions for the water and wastewater sectors. The company designs and manufactures its own specialist product range for water and wastewater measurement, monitoring and control, having invested significantly in research and development to bring innovative solutions to market. As the business enters an exciting phase of growth, it is looking for an energetic, commercially minded individual who can help accelerate sales across the UK and Europe, develop new markets and strengthen relationships with existing customers and channel partners. Working closely with the senior leadership team, marketing, operations and technical/RandD functions, this is an opportunity for someone who wants to have a genuine influence on the direction and growth of an emerging technology business. The Role You''ll play a key role in developing the company''s sales function and expanding its customer and distribution network. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and growing the existing UK and European customer base. Identifying and converting new business opportunities to accelerate sales growth.
