Your Activities: Own annual sales targets for existing products and new product introductions (excluding RandD NRE income). Manage major sales accounts. Develop and implement growth strategies, tactics, and action plans. Collaborate with WIKA colleagues on product and segment management activities. Engage with customer procurement teams to secure scheduled orders. Communicate value propositions and provide feedback on product gaps for future portfolio development.
