BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Sherburn Metalwork WEC Group Salary: Up to 55,000 basic + Commission + 6,600 car allowance, + Annual Profit Share Remote / On the road WEC Group is looking for an ambitious, driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our busy and expanding team at Sherburn Metalwork. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing an established customer base, winning new business and developing long-term relationships within the competitive metal fabrication and engineering sector. THE ROLE You''ll take ownership of business development across your territory, identifying new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You''ll be responsible for: Developing and growing an established client base. Identifying and winning new business through cold calling, networking and lead generation. Building relationships with decision-makers and senior-level contacts. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations. Quoting for new customers and opportunities. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Producing accurate sales forecasts and reports. Developing regional sales strategies and business plans. Promoting Sherburn Metalwork''s products and services, alongside other WEC Group divisions where appropriate. Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share. You''ll ideally have: Proven experience achieving Circa 1m+ annual sales targets. Strong B2B engineering sales experience. ..... full job details .....
