Business Development Manager - Hybrid Construction Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Sheffield, South Yorkshire 50,000 - Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + 5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits Our client is a well-established and growing business operating across the Construction, Mechanical and Electrical, and Engineering sectors. Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Sheffield office and drive new business opportunities across Yorkshire and the wider UK market. This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded individual with a proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will ideally come with a strong network of contacts and an established "black book" within the construction, MandE, engineering, or building services sectors. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the Construction, MandE, and Engineering sectors. Building and maintaining relationships with Main Contractors, MandE Contractors, Developers, Consultants, and End Clients.
