BMS Business Development ManagerLocation: London / South East - Remote / Hybrid + TravelSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeCar allowanceCommission based on project marginCompany pension20 days annual leave + bank holidaysFlexible workingWe are currently working with an established BMS, building automation and smart buildings specialist who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive new business and support the continued growth of their UK operation.This is a new business-focused position suited to someone with a strong network across the BMS / building controls market who can identify opportunities, develop client relationships and manage projects through the full sales cycle.The RoleYou will be responsible for developing new business across London and the South East, working closely with the Sales Director, estimating and operational teams to develop technically and commercially suitable solutions.Identify and develop new BMS and smart building project opportunitiesGenerate new business across the London and South East marketBuild relationships with MandE contractors, consultants, FM providers, end users and property clientsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projectsManage opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, tender and contract awardWork closely with estimating and technical teams to develop project proposalsBuild long-term relationships with new and existing clientsPromote ..... full job details .....
