Our client is a supported living and domiciliary care provider in Northamptonshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently. They are growing, and they need someone to drive that growth. The Role You will own business development end to end. That means building relationships with commissioners and local authorities, pursuing new contracts, leading on tenders, and feeding into the wider growth strategy. You will have direct access to senior leadership and real influence over the direction of the business.
