With an ongoing increase in workload, there is an immediate need to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong technical knowledge. Ideally, they will offer exposure to either Building Safety Remediation and/or Heavy Refurbishment and can operate autonomously within the M25, reporting to the MD. We feel this person could be an existing BDM or perhaps a former construction professional or employer’s agent with an extensive contact book and a desire to make a move into this position.
