Business Development Manager

We are working with a London based contractor client that focuses on delivering Building Safety Remediation and Change of Use schemes. With an ongoing increase in workload, there is an immediate need to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong technical knowledge. Ideally, they will offer exposure to either Building Safety Remediation and/or Heavy Refurbishment and can operate autonomously within the M25, reporting to the MD.

We feel this person could be an existing BDM or perhaps a former construction professional or employer’s agent with an extensive contact book and a desire to make a move into this position.
