With an excellent reputation for supporting workforce development across the region, this organisation is continuing to expand its employer partnerships and commercial training footprint. We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening employer engagement across the West Midlands. The Role This is a strategic and hands-on business development position focused on generating new employer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting apprenticeship and training solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with businesses, understanding their workforce needs, and presenting tailored training solutions that add real value.
