Job Title: Business Development Manager (Temporary, Ongoing Contract) PAYE Hourly Rate: £13-£14.50 per hour + Holiday pay (Dependent on Experience) Start date: ASAP Contract Length: On-going We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a temporary, ongoing contract within a Further Education Training provider. This role would be ideal for someone with a sales background, looking to utilise their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively call prospective individuals and companies to promote and sell training courses offered by the training provider. Engage with both individual learners and employers, discussing a wide range of training programmes across construction, green skills, healthcare, and employability sectors. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Computer literate, with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire to succeed.
