Business Development Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Business Development Manager, to join a Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is a nationwide Environmental Services Company, based in South Yorkshire.

The Role:

1. Identify and onboard new target customers, including calls, emails and meetings.
2. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet revenue targets.
3. Understand client needs and build professional relationships.
4. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth a process from onboarding to retention.
5. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Your Background:

• Experience in the waste industry.
• Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
• Ability to identify new leads and convert these to sales.
• Experience developing client relationships.
