Grow the business: How often do you get to build a portfolio from scratch with the board behind you? This British roofing products manufacturer, part of an international group, has committed -1.5m of investment to a two-year growth plan, and you''ll be its first Business Development Manager.

Leads already warming: A marketing specialist is in place and generating enquiries ahead of your start, so you build a pipeline rather than a cold list.

A product that opens doors: The refurbishment system you''ll lead with has almost no direct competition in the UK, so you''re rarely up against a rival quote.

Progression: Grow the numbers and the next sales hires could report to you.

Your Remuneration Package: Competitive base salary, commission and a nearly new company car.

What You''ll Be Doing:

Winning new business across the UK. Four days a week you''ll be in front of customers. One day a week is for planning at home, plus a monthly strategy day at the factory, with an overnight stay the night before.

What You''ll Need To Apply:

Construction, building or manufactured products field sales experience, with roofing knowledge a real advantage. Full UK driving licence.
