Business Development Manager
We are working with an innovative and fast-growing technology-focused organisation seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK and Europe.This is a key commercial role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for developing and delivering regional sales strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships within a technical B2B environment.This is a new business-focused role with a strong emphasis on generating new opportunities in the early stages, alongside the development and growth of long-term customer accounts. The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive approach to building a regional pipeline and establishing a strong market presence. The role will involve UK and European travel.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver regional sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectivesManage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and retentionBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersIdentify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upsellingMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunitiesMaintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM recordsCollaborate with internal teams to support product and service commercialisationRepresent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences across the UK and EuropeKey Skills and ..... full job details .....
