Business Development Manager - Short-Term Property Finance

City + Capital are currently representing an established bridging finance lender that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Following the onboarding of new funding lines, the business is expanding its business development capability and is seeking a credible BDM to originate lending opportunities across London and the South of the UK.The CompanyOur client is an established name in the space, with a strong lending track record stretching back more than a decade. The business takes a commercially minded approach to lending, supported by strong and flexible funding partnerships that drive opportunity.The company has recently secured new funding lines and is evolving how it deploys its available capital. This creates an attractive opportunity for an experienced business development specialist to join at a point when the lender has both the appetite and resources to grow their loan book.The team comprises approximately eight people, giving employees meaningful visibility and influence.
