Business Development Manager - Short-Term Property Finance

City + Capital are currently representing an established bridgingfinance lender that is entering an exciting new phase of growth.Following the onboarding of new funding lines, the business isexpanding its business development capability and is seeking acredible BDM to originate lending opportunities across London andthe South of the UK. The Company Our client is an established name in the space, with a stronglending track record stretching back more than a decade. Thebusiness takes a commercially minded approach to lending,supported by strong and flexible funding partnerships that driveopportunity. The company has recently secured new funding lines and isevolving how it deploys its available capital. This creates anattractive opportunity for an experienced business developmentspecialist to join at a point when the lender has both theappetite and resources to grow their loan book. The team comprises approximately eight people, giving employeesmeaningful visibility and influence. The successful candidatewill work closely with the founding partners and wider lendingteam rather than operating through a large or heavily layeredinfrastructure. This appointment will strengthen origination capacity, broadenintroducer coverage and support the deployment of availablecapital to drive lending growth.
