Business Development Manager Engineering Southern Region. Home-based with travel across South of England and Wales. This role requires someone who is driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Southern territory, to generate new business and nurture current customer relationships. You will be managing your own sales area, with autonomy and given support and training throughout. The role involves: New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within your designated territory. Account Management: Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise account potential Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits. You will need to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, from hands-on site engineers and project managers to senior directors and board members.
