Business Development Manager Up to £55,000/annum depending on experience + uncapped commission and bonus MK14, Great Linford, Milton Keynes This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional travel across the UK to visit prospective clients. We re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Please make sure you tick all the boxes below before applying it ll save us both time. Minimum 3 years proven success in new business SaaS sales or business development, consistently exceeding targets. Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing and onboarding. Confident delivering live SaaS product demos and translating technical features into business benefits. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) with disciplined pipeline management. Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex B2B contracts. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including delivering meetings via MS Teams.
