Are you a commercially driven business development professional with experience building senior stakeholder relationships and delivering complex projects looking for a role where you can help shape the UK''s low carbon future?

This company are at the forefront of developing low carbon heat networks across the UK, working on projects with long-term social, environmental and economic impact. With ambitious growth plans and significant investment backing, they are well positioned to continue expanding their network and delivering critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will identify, develop and secure major building connections across residential, commercial and public sector estates. You''ll work closely with developers, local authorities, technical specialists and commercial teams to take opportunities from early engagement through to contracted agreements.

The Role

• Develop new heat network connection opportunities.
  * Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  * Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
  * Work with technical and delivery teams to progress projects.
  * Manage pipelines and support network growth strategy.

The Person

• Commercial experience in business development or partnerships.
  * Background in infrastructure, energy, utilities or major projects.
  * Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  * Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to deliver results.
  * Able to navigate complex technical, legal and financial topics.
