Hunting and securing new business opportunities across the UK in thermoformed and flexible packaging marketsGrowing, expanding and deepening relationships with existing clients to increase sales and profitabilityLeading new product development (NPD) projects from concept through to launch, coordinating with design, tooling, production, and technical teamsManaging projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to specificationAnalysing market trends and client needs, then developing strategies and proposals to target growth in priority sectors (medical, confectionery, etc.)Qualifications / Key Attributes

Demonstrable success in new business developmentStrong track record of growing and developing accounts, preferably in packaging or adjacent manufacturing sectorsExperience with NPD / product launch projects, with ability to manage cross-functional teams and tools/processesGood project management skills, planning, coordinating, problem solving, monitoring progress, ensuring deliveryKnowledge or experience in thermoformed packaging is a benefit, but candidates from flexible packaging, board or other related packaging backgrounds will be consideredHunter mentality: self-motivated, resilient, proactive, able to forge relationships, drive through opportunityIf this sounds like your next move apply ..... full job details .....
