We work with clients and consultants including Knight Frank, JLL, Savills, The Crown Estate and Wellcome Trust, from our office in Fitzrovia. THE ROLE We are looking for a Business Development Manager to win new clients and grow our tender pipeline by booking meetings for our directors and turning those relationships into invitations to tender. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Fitzrovia office in Central London. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research and identify contacts at building surveyors, property and block managers, multi-disciplinary consultancies and corporate landlords Make outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn approaches to book meetings Manage the directors'' meeting diaries and confirm appointments Build relationships with new and existing clients and secure invitations to tender, passing each one promptly to our tender team Follow up on submitted tenders for feedback and results Log all calls, emails, meetings and follow ups on HubSpot CRM on the day they happen Work to monthly targets for ...
